What is the Global State of Leadership Survey?
The Global State of Leadership Survey is a comprehensive research project to assess and track the current state of leadership in the world.
The Survey intends to benefit:
• Society, with authoritative data on leadership and its impact;
• Leaders, with tools they can use to lead with more ease; and
• Organisations, with a clear path to leveraging leadership for growth in their people, profits and purpose.
The Global State of Leadership Survey offers all participating individuals full access to a principled leadership assessment, their personalised results and follow-up micro-learning Pathway at no cost.
Each individual participating in the Survey will receive their confidential results, which will not be shared with anyone else. All results from the Survey will be anonymised in the resulting Global State of Leadership Report.
The Global State of Leadership Survey sources data from the EGG3 Leadership Assessment ecosystem developed by leadership development authority Ian Hatton of Totally Morpheus.
Meet the mind behind the Global State of Leadership Survey: Ian Hatton
Ian Hatton has worked with thousands of leaders from over 105 countries. As a leadership speaker, author and content creator, he has influenced many more.
Throughout his career, first in IT and then in leadership development, Ian discovered common patterns that predict a leader's sustainable impact. This resulted in the EGG3 Leadership Assessment, a powerful diagnostic tool to accelerate leaders' development with this understanding. The Global State of Leadership Survey builds on this assessment and its follow-up tools.
After a successful career in the IT industry, Ian Hatton received his Masters Degree in Organisational Leadership from Regent University in the United States. In 2022, the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa inducted Ian into its Educators Hall of Fame for his contribution to the field.
