Meet Totally Morpheus Founder and Lead Facilitator, Ian Hatton
Ian Hatton is an international keynote speaker, leadership development facilitator and author. In his work with thousands of leaders from over 105 countries, Ian came to discover common patterns that predict a leader's sustainable impact. This led to his first book, Lead Like Morpheus: The Genius of Conscious Leadership. Ian then developed the EGG3 Leadership Assessment, a powerful diagnostic tool to accelerate leadership development. Regent University in Virginia, United States, awarded Ian with a Masters Degree in Organisational Leadership. The Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) inducted him into its Educators Hall of Fame in 2022. Ian shares his transformational leadership insights in his keynotes, books and media appearances.
